• Orders are only processed on business days (Monday–Friday).

• Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, Bodied Luxe is no longer responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. Bodied Luxe will not be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
