Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bodiedluxee@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address sent to you privately
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as pre-customized wigs(wigs customized by us) and items that have been worn, torn, used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed. Only under the condition that:

-the items haven't been used or damaged.

-reasoning is valid and does not cause the business an inconvenience

-payment for the exchange has been received (shipping to and from you+ remaining balance)

PLEASE NOTE: customized wigs are not to be exchanged.

Refunds 

We do not offer refunds for any orders once payment has been completed.

Please ensure that you carefully review all product details, including colour, length, texture, cap construction, and fibre type before placing your order. If you are unsure about a product, feel free to contact us prior to purchasing and we will gladly assist you.

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that:

  • The wrong item was sent by Bodied Luxe

  • The item arrives severely damaged due to an error on our side

Please note:

  • Minor differences in colour may occur due to lighting, editing, and screen resolution.

  • Texture, density, and lace appearance may vary slightly from product photos.

  • Personal dissatisfaction or change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
